At Rampart Digital, Inc. (“Rampart Digital”), we are committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity services tailored to your organization’s needs. Due to the nature of our services—which include penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security consulting—all sales are considered final once work has commenced or deliverables have been issued.

1. Service-Based Engagements

​

Because our services involve extensive planning, time, and technical expertise, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Time-based consulting services that have already been rendered.

  • Penetration testing or assessments that have been initiated, partially completed, or fully delivered.

  • Custom reports, deliverables, or engagements tailored to your organization.

If you believe there has been a billing or service error, please contact us promptly at info@rampartdigital.net to resolve the issue.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

You may cancel or reschedule a service engagement prior to the agreed start date by providing written notice:

  • At least 5 business days in advance: Full refund or reschedule without penalty.

  • Less than 5 business days in advance: A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total engagement cost may apply to cover resource allocation and scheduling impacts.

Rampart Digital reserves the right to waive or reduce cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.

3. Deposits and Prepayments

​

Any deposits or prepayments made to secure an engagement slot are non-refundable once services have been scheduled, unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement. If Rampart Digital must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the engagement at no additional cost.

4. Disputes

​

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a service, please contact us within 7 business days of final report delivery so we can review your concerns. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address valid concerns promptly.
